Social Communication Modelling

As Social graph become available to external software, we should revise the term “Enterprise” to include not only the suppliers and regulators, but also the community of individuals who are or may become consumers. To address this, Business Abstraction developed techniques for modelling social communication aligned with our Business-level Modelling.

The approach includes:

  • Motivation Modelling in relation to the Social communication;
  • Social Communication Capability Modelling that defines specific capabilities to source the information from the Social Network Services, provide the information to the Social Network Services;
  • Social Information Space Modelling that defines the information that is communicated via Social Networks or referenced through such communication;
  • Social Process Modelling captures related Processes .
