Course Overview

Service-Based Conceptual Design is an analogue of High-Level Design for SOA. It is an essential for effective implementation of SOA, as well as for major projects using  SOA technology.

Audience:

The course is designed for:

• Lead and Solution Architects on SOA Implementation Projects, or projects using SOA Technology;
• Enterprise Architects;
• Business Architects;
• Integration Architects.

Content

After the workshop, the delegates will be able to:

• Define high-level Web Services;
• Produce high-level Service Design specifications;
• Demonstrate future re-use of Services;
• Verify consistency and completeness of Service Design.

Labs and Exercises

The Workshop will include several practical exercises based on real-life examples and closely emulating real-life activities.

To assist the development of practical skills, Business Abstraction designed integrated training environment that deliver superior training capabilities:

• Trainees present their work on a big screen and discuss it with peers;
• The Trainer can work with a trainee on an example with others observing and contributing.
