Facilitating Modelling Workshops (2 days)
The course teaches a Business Analysis technique that significantly reduces documentation and sign-off efforts. The participants will learn to produce UML models interactively with active participation of customers & domain experts, modify UML models for readability and presentation, as well as present Requirements and Design Specifications to customers. The course should enable IT professionals to take more visible position in Enterprise IT and lift the profile of their work.
Audience:
The course is recommended to Business Analysts, Business Process Analysts, Application, Solution and Enterprise Architects, OO Designers and other IT professionals who are expected to communicate with external parties or lead a team. The course expects some prior knowledge of UML, and is is eaqually beneficial to teams using Saprx Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, Telelogic Tao, Holocentric Modeller, Microsoft Visio and other tools, as well as for teams that decided to follow paper & whiteboard UML practice.
Content
After the workshop, the delegates will be able to:

* Comfortably model in front of the team members, business clients, domain experts and project stakeholders;

* Reduce sign-off times through active participation of customers / domain experts
