BPMN 2.0 Modelling Framework with Sparx EA (4 days)

The training provides capability to run complex Business Process-oriented transformational projects and programs using Sparx Enterprise Architect. In addition to competent modelling individual processes using BPMN notation, the course teaches building large interconnected models where processes are naturally derived from requirements and other information. The interconnected models form a framework that supports sophisticated QA, analysis and reporting.

Audience

The course is designed for Business Process Analysts, Business Analysts and other people involved in Business Process Management initiatives. .

Project-Oriented Training

The course can be delivered within the context of a specific project. In this case, the course will provide Business Analysts with specific roadmap and guidelines for further modeling, as well as with examples of the models they will be developing

Content

The course provides:

  • BPMN2 Modelling skills;
  • Ability to operate Sparx Enterprise Architect effectively;
  • Ability to maintain consistency and traceability through the model;
  • Understanding of and effective skills in model Version Control with Sparx Enterprise Architect;
  • Capability to build effective model structure;
  • Ability to capture higher-level specifications, like overall structure of the enterprise, its capabilities etc;
  • Knowledge of and practical skills in Enterprise Architect Report Generation;
  • Ability to integrate process maps with Information Model and other Enterprise Architecture specifications.


Every training day contains approximately 50% of closely supervised individual work, modelling workshops and model presentations.
