Core Training

This is the training you need when you want to implement UML Modelling or more advanced UML-based approaches within a team, project or enterprise. You will need a core team with sufficient skills and fundamental knowledge to decide on, build and maintain a modelling infrastructure. In 3-5 days of very intensive training, Business Abstraction will deliver the level of skills that is often associated with long-term investments in training & mentoring, as well as a couple of years of learning curve.

Role Training

Core training can be overkill when you want to improve your chances of getting a better job in the demanding world of IT. It is unlikely you will be recruited to implement UML after several days of training - most likely the people interviewing you will already use UML, and will need you to be able to function within their framework. Similar logic is applicable to temporary and contract staff. If you get business domain experts to help you with specifications, or hire extra developers to meet a deadline, you need quick, cheap and effective training that would enable people to understand your instructions. Agile Development with UML and Enterprise Architect (4 days)

The course is designed for Agile teams looking to improve scalability, business integration, documentation output or maintainability of their practices. The course is also recommended for IT practitioners approaching Agile software development, or looking at introducing some of the Agile principles into more regulated environment.

Web Solution Development with UML and Enterprise Architect (4 days)

The simplified course for Web Development teams and companies that grow out of naive approach and need effective yet inexpensive methodology.

C#/.Net Development with Visual Studio 2005 and Enterprise Architect (3 days)

This course is designed for teams C# / Visual Studio teams that would like to move towards more comprehensive use of UML 2.0. The course will teach to implement the link with Enterprise Architect, Documentation Generation, Use Case Driven Design and other features.

Advanced Enterprise UML with Enterprise Architect (3 days)

The advanced course teaches deployment and managing of Enterprise UML framework based on Enterprise Architect. It teaches advanced techniques like model refactoring, transformation and analysis. The course requires prior completion of either "UML Modelling with Enterprise Architect" or "UML Business Analysis with Enterprise Architect", or significant exposure to Enterprise UML.

Use Case Driven Object & Component Design with EA (2 days)

Use Case-driven approach is the Best Practice in Object-Oriented and Component design. It delivers easy reuse facilitation and inherent traceability, and allows developers to satisfy demands for productivity increase and detailed specifications at the same time.

Round-Trip Engineering with Enterprise Architect and Visual Studio 2005 (2 days)

The course teaches to implement and use Enterprise Architect 6.0, Visual Studio and MDG Link for Visual Studio 2005.

UML Requirements Specifications with EA (2 days)

The course is designed for Business Analysts who would like to improve and automate production of Business Requirements Specification and Functional Requirements Specifications.

UML Object Design and Round-Trip Engineering with EA (2 days)

The course provides sufficient knowledge for applying UML to low-level design and code generation. Attendants will learn to build object design from the requirements, generate source code then keep model and code synchronised .
