Sparx Enterprise Architect for Business Analysts

The weekend Sparx Enterprise Archtiect course provides practical Sparx Enterprise Architect skills as needed for Business Analysts. It is designed to enable competent Business Analysts to successfully use Enterprise Architect and potentially mentor others. Day1:

  • Introduction to Sparx Enterprise Architect
  • Introduction to UML and Use Cases Modelling
  • Producing Use Case Models
  • Producing Business Use Case Model
  • Defining detailed scenarios
  • Defining tasks for homework

Homework: participants are expected to produce at least 2 models using evaluation copies of Sparx Enterprise Architect Day 2:

  • Review and presentations of homework
  • Class Modelling for Business Analysts
  • Modelling User Interfaces
  • Improving presentation of Enterprise Architect Diagrams
  • Producing documents with Enterprise Architect
  • Getting comfortable with Enterprise Architect: workshop on discussing our skills.
