Agile Agile

We use Agile Agile as a reference model for evaluation of Agile practices, and customisation of branded (Scrum, SAFe etc) Agile practices. While Agile Agile was created for gradually implementing Agile practices from the ground up, internal politics of large enterprises often prevents it. At the same time, no Agile method works without correct implementation and some customisation, and Agile Agile is great in guiding that.
