• 09:00–10:00: Sponsor interview + what success means

• 10:00–12:00: Workflow mapping for 2–3 recurring tasks

• 13:00–15:00: Build prompt/SOP pack live + verification steps

• 15:00–16:00: Hands-on lab using your work artifacts

• 16:00–17:00: Adoption plan + measurement + handover
