GraphEA is the methodology and tools of keeping Enterprise Architecture in a general purpose Graph Database, like Neo4j, Janus DB etc. It was introduced to get Graph Analytics experts to assist in developing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture.
Most Enterprise Architects are competent Architects with significant knowledge of the domain and technology and years of experience, and are capable of presenting Enterprise Architecture in form of PowerPoint slides and Visio diagrams. However developing consistent graph models require different set of skills, that many Enterprise Architects lack.
There is a multitude of Enterprise Architecture tools, and your organisation has consistent, maintained repository widely used across the enterprise, you do not need GraphEA. However multiple surveys indicate that 35%-45% of all sites don't use Enterprise Architecture tools, and only 25% said EA data is created and mastered in a single source.
If you do not see universal, consistent and beneficial use of a dedicated EA software in your organisation, yet you made inroads into graph data and/or Graph Analyticsw, you may consider bringing Enterprise Architecture under the graph data umbrella. We will be happy to provide free generic guidelines, and consult you on how to adapt them for your needs.
